Want to know how MILA works and whether the participatory principle suits you? Then simply come and have a look around – no registration or membership required!
During a trial purchase, you can get to know MILA in a relaxed atmosphere:
Immerse yourself, browse, ask questions – and take your first purchase home with you.
At reception, simply say that you’re there for a trial visit. And if you’d like, a member will be happy to give you a short tour of the supermarket.
This way, you’ll get a first impression of what makes MILA so special.
We’re sure you’ll like it.

MILA is open to everyone – whether you’re curious, support us from afar, or have been observing for a while: Come by and get to know Vienna’s first participatory supermarket in person!

Sat: 08:00 – 18:00
Wed, Sun and public holidays: closed

Do you have any questions?
Our membership office is open on Tuesdays from 4 pm to 7 pm.
The office is the contact point for all member-related matters – such as volunteer shifts, exemptions, shopping partners, or membership cards. Those interested in joining who are not yet members can also ask their questions about membership, receive answers, and become members directly on site.
